| Description | This kit performs rapid direct PCR amplification on mouse tissue samples (such as tail, ear and toe) with exceptional sample compatibility. A powerful lysis buffer quickly lyses samples and releases genomic DNA, and the lysate can be added directly into the PCR reaction without purification, keeping the workflow simple. Sample input requirements are minimal: 2-5 mm² of mouse ear or liver, 1-5 mm of mouse tail, or 1-2 toes are sufficient. The supplied 2× Tissue Direct PCR Mix is a 2×-concentrated hot-start reaction solution containing every PCR component except template and primers, greatly simplifying setup and reducing contamination risk. The kit is ideal for transgenic identification and mouse genotyping. |
