Description The principle of magnetic beads cell isolation is to use immunomagnetic beads to label cells, the cells bound to the magnetic beads and without bound to the magnetic beads are separated by an external magnetic field. Our Cell Isolation Kit has two separation technologies, negative selection and positive selection, for both human and mouse samples, and is suitable for different application directions.

Product Introduction Isolating viable, functional neutrophils is challenging due to their sensitivity to activation and short lifespan. This kit employs a refined negative selection strategy to purify untouched neutrophils from mouse bone marrow, the primary source. By using a biotin-antibody cocktail against non-neutrophil cells (lymphocytes, monocytes, erythroid cells) followed by anti-biotin magnetic bead depletion, it yields a population of neutrophils that have not been activated by antibody binding. This is critical for studies of chemotaxis, phagocytosis, NETosis, and oxidative burst where baseline activation state must be preserved.
