| Product Introduction | This kit utilizes a sophisticated negative selection strategy to rapidly isolate untouched CD8+ T cells from mouse spleen or lymph node suspensions. By depleting non-target cells (including CD4+ T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes, and erythrocytes) using a cocktail of biotinylated antibodies and anti-biotin magnetic beads, it yields highly pure, functionally unaltered CD8+ T cells. These cells are ideal for downstream applications where receptor engagement and activation status must remain pristine, such as in vitro stimulation, cytokine profiling, and adoptive transfer experiments. |
