Product Name Mouse CD4+ Cell Isolation Kit (Positive Selection)
Catalog No. SM-HMM-0044
Description The principle of magnetic beads cell isolation is to use immunomagnetic beads to label cells, the cells bound to the magnetic beads and without bound to the magnetic beads are separated by an external magnetic field. Our Cell Isolation Kit has two separation technologies, negative selection and positive selection, for both human and mouse samples, and is suitable for different application directions.
Features Purity of 95% or more.
Wide range of sample applicability for direct capture of target cells.
Magnetic bead release technology cells are not labeled with magnetic beads.
Storage Store at 2-8°C, do not freeze.
Applications This kit is suitable for sorting CD4+ cells in mouse lymphoid organs such as spleen and lymph nodes.

CD4+ T cells are a critical subset of lymphocytes that play a central role in regulating immune responses, including coordinating antibody production, activating cytotoxic T cells, and modulating inflammatory reactions. These cells are widely studied in immunology, infectious disease research, autoimmune disorder investigations, and cancer immunotherapy development, making their efficient and high-purity isolation essential for reliable experimental outcomes.
Traditional cell separation methods, such as density gradient centrifugation, often yield low purity and require extensive manual processing, leading to potential cell damage and inconsistent results. Immunomagnetic bead-based isolation has emerged as a gold standard for cell sorting due to its specificity, efficiency, and gentle handling of target cells.
The Mouse CD4+ Cell Isolation Kit (Positive Selection) leverages advanced immunomagnetic technology to address the needs of researchers working with mouse models. It is designed to specifically capture CD4+ cells from complex samples like spleen and lymph node tissues, providing a streamlined workflow that preserves cell viability and functionality for downstream applications.
This kit is developed for research use exclusively, supporting studies ranging from basic immune cell characterization to preclinical drug development. It adheres to rigorous quality control standards to ensure reproducibility across experiments, making it a trusted tool for academic laboratories and biotech research teams.

Achieves ≥95% purity of isolated CD4+ cells, ensuring minimal contamination from non-target cells and reliable experimental data.
Features broad sample compatibility, enabling direct capture of CD4+ cells from mouse lymphoid organs (spleen, lymph nodes) without extensive pre-processing.
Incorporates magnetic bead release technology, leaving target cells unlabeled and free from bead interference for downstream applications like cell culture, flow cytometry, and functional assays.
Maintains high cell viability throughout the isolation process, preserving the natural phenotype and functionality of CD4+ cells critical for accurate research results.
Offers a user-friendly workflow with clear, step-by-step protocols, reducing hands-on time and minimizing the risk of operational errors.
Designed for scalability, accommodating sample sizes from 1×10⁸ to 1×10⁹ cells to meet diverse experimental needs.
Stores safely at 2–8°C without the need for freezing, ensuring long-term stability and convenience in laboratory storage.

Superior specificity compared to traditional separation methods, as the immunomagnetic labeling targets CD4+ cell-specific antigens directly, reducing non-specific binding.
Time-efficient workflow that eliminates the need for multiple centrifugation or washing steps, accelerating the isolation process and increasing laboratory productivity.
Bead-free target cells eliminate potential artifacts in downstream applications, such as interference with cell signaling or binding assays.
Consistent performance across batches, supported by strict quality control measures that ensure purity, viability, and functionality standards are met every time.
Cost-effective for routine research use, providing high-quality results without the need for expensive specialized equipment.
Versatile compatibility with common downstream techniques, including cell proliferation assays, cytokine analysis, and adoptive transfer experiments.
Research-focused design tailored to the unique needs of mouse model studies, ensuring relevance and utility for immunology and related research fields.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
