| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | Weigh the required amount of MOPS hemisodium salt and add it to the calculated volume of distilled water. Stir gently until the buffer is completely dissolved. Adjust the pH of the solution to the desired value using a strong acid or strong base. Sterilize the solution by filtration or autoclaving as required. Typical working concentrations range from 5 mM to 200 mM, depending on the experiment. |
