| Description | Transfusion reactions caused by irregular antibodies are getting more and more attention, and the problem of the production of homologous antibodies caused by incompatible transfusion is especially prominent in patients with thalassemia, sickle cell anemia and other long-term transfusion.PCR genotyping technology is simple and rapid, and is a better complementary method to the current serological detection technology. In addition, in fetal hemolytic disease of the newborn (HDNF) transfusion therapy, 70-80% of the homologous antibodies in the recipient's serum are related to RhCcEe antibodies. The risk of HDNF is predicted by testing the parental RhCcEe gene and predicting the fetal RhCcEe genotype. If necessary, amniotic fluid can be tested (or a noninvasive fetal free RhCcEe gene test kit can be used) for final confirmation of fetal blood group. |
| Applications | This kit can qualitatively detect the intron 2 insertion 109bp, c.307T>C, c.308C>T, c.676C>G, c.733C>G, RHCE*Exon8 of the RHCE gene in DNA samples to predict the RhCE blood group, and provide a reference for the identification of the RhCE blood group. |
