| Sample Type | Whole blood ≥1 mL (sodium citrate or EDTA anticoagulation); DNA ≥70 μL (concentration 20-40 ng/μL, A260/A280 value 1.6-2.0); Amniotic fluid: ≥4 mL (more than 16 weeks), the above three kinds of specimens were stored at 2-8°C for 2 weeks, and ≤-20°C for 1 year. Oral mucosa swabs (2, respectively, with brushing force to collect oral mucosa cells from both cheeks, stored at room temperature for 1 week). |
