| Description | A TRIS-based stabiliser holding horseradish peroxidase conjugates at pH 7.2 plus or minus 0.2, the neutral range in which many antibody-enzyme conjugates are least prone to Fc-mediated background. Conjugates diluted into this stabiliser retain peroxidase turnover and antigen-binding performance over extended refrigerated storage, making it a practical diluent for plates run intermittently. It suits laboratories whose antibody stocks are formulated near neutral pH and should not be shifted to mildly acidic conditions. |
