| Description | A horseradish peroxidase stabiliser built on MOPS buffer at pH 6.3 plus or minus 0.2, formulated specifically for diluting and storing IgM-class HRP conjugates. IgM-enzyme conjugates are more aggregation-prone than their IgG counterparts, and this stabiliser maintains their enzymatic and binding activity through extended refrigerated storage and repeated plate sampling. It preserves peroxidase turnover while suppressing the background drift that develops when conjugates are held in plain buffer. |
