| Description | A diluent and stabiliser for horseradish peroxidase enzyme conjugates, used to prepare HRP labelled working solutions that hold their activity through refrigerated storage at 2 to 8°C. This format is based on MOPS buffer at pH 6.3 plus or minus 0.2. As with the alkaline phosphatase stabiliser family, buffered variants and BSA containing or protein-free formulations are offered so that the stabiliser can be matched to the conjugate and to assays where protein cross-reactions must be excluded. |
