Product Name High-Yield One-Step RT-PCR Kit with Loading Dye
Catalog No. MDKPK-0040
Description A high-yield one-step endpoint RT-PCR kit with integrated loading dye and a genomic DNA removal module.
Intended Use Virus detection, gene-expression analysis and endpoint RT-PCR.
Principle / Technology Reverse transcription and DNA amplification occur in one tube using an optimized enzyme blend and buffer. A separate genomic DNA removal component reduces residual DNA before amplification.
Detection Method Endpoint RT-PCR followed by direct agarose-gel electrophoresis.
Sample Type Total RNA, viral RNA and other compatible RNA templates.
Performance Range / Specifications 50 reactions; supports multiplex amplification and RNA-derived amplicons up to approximately 10 kb; PCR products can be loaded directly onto a gel.
Sensitivity / LOD Reported detection reached 0.1 pg total RNA.
Specificity Optimized reverse transcriptase, DNA polymerase and buffer improve yield and amplification specificity.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Use the genomic DNA removal component when required, then combine RNA, gene-specific primers and the one-step RT-PCR reagent. Load the completed product directly for electrophoresis.
Components / Formulation One-step RT-PCR premix with loading dye, reverse-transcription and DNA polymerase activities, plus a 5× genomic DNA removal component.
Storage Conditions Store at −30 to −15°C.
Package Specifications 50 reactions.
Product Form One-tube RT-PCR kit with loading dye and genomic DNA removal module.
Quality Control Amplification yield, 0.1 pg RNA sensitivity, long-fragment performance and multiplex compatibility are evaluated.
Key Features High yield; 0.1 pg RNA sensitivity; amplicons up to approximately 10 kb; multiplex support; genomic DNA removal; direct gel loading.
Shipping Conditions Ship at or below 0°C.
Compatibility Suitable for conventional thermal cyclers and agarose-gel endpoint analysis.
Application Notes / Precautions Use gene-specific primers. Optimize extension time for long amplicons and use high-quality intact RNA.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
