Product Name High-Sensitivity Fast One-Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit
Catalog No. MDKPK-0035
Description A high-sensitivity one-step probe RT-qPCR kit supporting rapid cycling, multiplex detection and thermolabile UDG carryover control.
Intended Use Virus detection, pathogen testing and gene-expression analysis.
Principle / Technology An optimized reverse transcriptase and antibody-regulated hot-start Taq polymerase provide efficient amplification, while thermolabile UDG degrades uracil-containing carryover DNA before becoming inactive during reverse transcription.
Detection Method Fluorescent probe-based real-time RT-qPCR.
Sample Type RNA templates, including viral and cellular RNA.
Performance Range / Specifications 100 or 5,000 reactions at 30 µL per reaction; compatible with fast cycling and multiplex probe assays.
Sensitivity / LOD Designed for highly sensitive amplification of low-level RNA targets.
Specificity Hot-start regulation and carryover-control chemistry reduce nonspecific amplification and contamination risk.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Set up a 30 µL one-step reaction with assay-specific primers/probes, template and the supplied reaction components.
Components / Formulation 2× one-step reaction mix containing optimized buffer and dNTP/dUTP, plus an enzyme blend with reverse transcriptase, thermolabile UDG and hot-start Taq polymerase.
Storage Conditions Store at −30 to −15°C.
Package Specifications 100 reactions; 5,000 reactions (30 µL per reaction).
Product Form Two-component one-step RT-qPCR probe kit.
Quality Control Amplification sensitivity, fast-program compatibility, multiplex performance and carryover-control efficiency are evaluated.
Key Features High sensitivity; fast cycling; multiplex support; thermolabile UDG contamination control.
Shipping Conditions Ship at or below 0°C.
Compatibility Suitable for probe-based real-time PCR instruments.
Application Notes / Precautions Use an assay program compatible with thermolabile UDG and one-step reverse transcription.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
