| Description | This tenfold concentrate sets up restriction digests for full activity, combining 500 mM Tris-HCl, 1 M NaCl, 100 mM MgCl2 and 1 mg/mL of rice-derived recombinant human serum albumin at pH 7.9 (25 °C). The albumin component stabilises enzymes at low concentrations, so 100% digestion performance is maintained across demanding templates. Manufactured to GMP process requirements and supplied as a liquid, it supports plasmid linearisation and other molecular cloning digests. |
