Product Name Glycerol-Free One-Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit
Catalog No. MDKPK-0045
Description A glycerol-free one-step probe RT-qPCR reagent designed for sensitive RNA amplification and development of lyophilized diagnostic formulations.
Intended Use Virus detection, pathogen testing, fusion-gene analysis and gene-expression analysis.
Principle / Technology A dedicated reverse transcriptase and hot-start Taq DNA polymerase operate in a lyophilization-compatible chemical buffer. A dUTP/UDG system removes uracil-containing carryover DNA before amplification.
Detection Method Real-time fluorescent probe-based RT-qPCR.
Sample Type RNA templates, including RNA viruses, and compatible crude samples such as stool, tissue and swab lysates.
Performance Range / Specifications 200, 1,000 or 5,000 reactions; compatible with multiple freeze-drying processes and complex sample matrices.
Specificity Hot-start polymerase control and optimized buffer chemistry support balanced, specific amplification.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Combine the reagent with assay-specific primers, probes and RNA template, then run a validated one-step RT-qPCR program. Optimize the freeze-drying cycle for the final formulation.
Components / Formulation Glycerol-free one-step RT-qPCR enzyme system, lyophilization-compatible reaction buffer and dUTP/UDG carryover-control chemistry.
Storage Conditions Store at −30 to −15°C.
Package Specifications 200 reactions; 1,000 reactions; 5,000 reactions.
Product Form Glycerol-free one-step RT-qPCR probe kit.
Quality Control Amplification efficiency, freeze–thaw stability, accelerated storage stability and matrix compatibility are evaluated.
Key Features Glycerol-free formulation; high amplification efficiency; strong storage stability; complex-sample compatibility; dUTP/UDG contamination control.
Shipping Conditions Ship at or below 0°C.
Expiration Date / Stability Reported Cq variation remained within ±0.5 after temperature-stress and freeze–thaw testing.
Compatibility Suitable for probe-based real-time PCR instruments and custom lyophilized RNA assays.
Application Notes / Precautions Validate primers, probes, excipients and drying conditions in the complete assay configuration.
