Product Name Fast One-Tube One-Step RT-qPCR Probe Premix
Catalog No. MDKPK-0036
Description A fully premixed one-tube probe RT-qPCR reagent that allows primers and probes to be incorporated in advance for simplified sample addition and rapid testing.
Intended Use Diagnostic pathogen testing, animal pathogen testing and food microbiology testing.
Principle / Technology Warm-start reverse transcription, hot-start Taq chemistry and an optimized fast buffer support one-step amplification. dUTP/UDG chemistry reduces carryover contamination.
Detection Method Fluorescent probe-based one-step RT-qPCR.
Sample Type RNA templates and compatible nasopharyngeal swab lysates.
Performance Range / Specifications 200, 1,000 or 5,000 reactions; approximately 22-minute amplification; primers and probes may be pre-combined with the premix; compatible with singleplex and multiplex testing.
Sensitivity / LOD Designed for stable detection of low-concentration samples.
Specificity Controlled enzyme activation and optimized chemistry improve specificity during fast amplification.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Pre-combine assay primers and probes with the premix where appropriate, then add sample and run a compatible fast one-step RT-qPCR program.
Components / Formulation One-tube concentrated premix containing reverse-transcription enzymes, hot-start PCR chemistry, buffer and dUTP/UDG contamination-control reagents.
Package Specifications 200 reactions; 1,000 reactions; 5,000 reactions.
Product Form One-tube one-step RT-qPCR probe premix.
Quality Control Premix stability, rapid amplification, direct-lysate compatibility and multiplex performance are evaluated.
Key Features Primer/probe preloading; approximately 22-minute detection; one-tube workflow; direct-lysate tolerance; carryover contamination control.
Expiration Date / Stability Reported primer/probe premix stability reached 7 days at 37°C and 1 year at 4°C in accelerated evaluations.
Compatibility Suitable for probe-based real-time PCR instruments and fast testing workflows.
Application Notes / Precautions Validate the intended primer/probe combination and storage conditions before routine use as a preloaded working reagent.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
