Product Name Fast One-Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit for DNA/RNA Co-Detection
Catalog No. MDKPK-0032
Description A fast probe-based one-step RT-qPCR kit optimized for rapid RNA detection, multiplex amplification and balanced co-detection of DNA and RNA targets.
Intended Use Rapid testing, virus and pathogen detection, fusion-gene analysis, DNA/RNA co-detection, gene-expression analysis, residue testing and low-copy target analysis.
Principle / Technology A warm-start reverse transcriptase and antibody-modified Taq polymerase are combined with a fast-cycling buffer and dUTP/UDG carryover-control system.
Detection Method Probe-based real-time RT-qPCR.
Sample Type Purified RNA, DNA/RNA mixtures and compatible crude nasopharyngeal swab lysates.
Performance Range / Specifications 200, 1,000 or 10,000 reactions; completes amplification in approximately 30 minutes; supports singleplex and multiplex assays and balanced DNA/RNA amplification.
Sensitivity / LOD Designed for stable detection of low-concentration samples; reported low-level sample detection exceeded 95% in two multiplex systems.
Specificity Hot-start enzyme regulation and an optimized fast buffer reduce nonspecific amplification.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Combine the kit components with assay-specific primers/probes and template and run a compatible fast one-step RT-qPCR program.
Components / Formulation Fast one-step RT-qPCR reaction chemistry containing reverse transcriptase, antibody-regulated Taq polymerase, optimized buffer and dUTP/UDG carryover-control reagents.
Storage Conditions Store at −30 to −15°C.
Package Specifications 200 reactions; 1,000 reactions; 10,000 reactions.
Product Form Two-component fast RT-qPCR probe kit.
Quality Control Fast cycling, low-copy detection, crude-lysate compatibility, multiplex balance and DNA/RNA co-detection are evaluated.
Key Features Approximately 30-minute amplification; low-template sensitivity; crude-lysate tolerance; multiplex capability; DNA/RNA co-detection; contamination control.
Shipping Conditions Ship at or below 0°C.
Compatibility Suitable for probe-based real-time PCR instruments and fast cycling workflows.
Application Notes / Precautions For direct lysate testing, validate sample input and inhibitor tolerance in the intended assay.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
