Description A one-tube LAMP and RT-LAMP premix that combines visual color interpretation with optional real-time fluorescence monitoring.
Intended Use Rapid isothermal detection of DNA or RNA targets.
Principle / Technology Warm-start Bst polymerase and reverse transcriptase operate in an optimized buffer containing fluorescent and colorimetric dyes. Positive reactions change from red to yellow, while dUTP/UDG chemistry limits carryover contamination.
