Description	Alta DiagnoTech CK-MB reagent is an enzymatic immunoinhibition system for quantitative in vitro measurement of creatine kinase MB activity.
Intended Use	For in vitro measurement of creatine kinase MB activity in human serum or plasma.
Principle / Technology	Anti-CK-M antibody inhibits CK-MM activity and the CK-M subunit of CK-MB. The residual CK-B activity represents one-half of CK-MB activity, so the measured result is multiplied by two.
