| Features | It can detect 5 kinds of bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Clostridium perfringens and Escherichia coli, with the detection limit no more than 100 CFU/mL. Two fluorescent probes are used to detect the bacterial target sequence and internal quality control respectively, which has good specificity and can exclude false-negative results due to the presence of PCR inhibitors in the samples. No cross-reactivity with human cells such as fungi, mycoplasma, NK cells and 293 cells. |
