| Notes | This reagent has high detection sensitivity. In order to prevent contamination, the experiment should be operated in separate zones: sample preparation area and amplification and product detection area. Physical isolation between zones is preferred to avoid contamination caused by human factors. Wear overalls and latex gloves during the experiment, use pipettes, and dispose of all waste generated by the experiment in a timely manner. The components in the reaction solution are sensitive to light and should be kept away from light. Reagents that are not needed for the reaction should not be thawed. At the end of the reaction, the amplification tubes should be disposed of in a sealed bag and cleaned up on the same day; opening the cap may cause aerosol contamination and is prohibited. |
