| Description | The TRIS-buffered member of the AP stabiliser range, held at pH 7.2 plus or minus 0.2 and carrying BSA as a stabilising carrier. Conjugates that prefer a near-physiological pH over the mildly acidic MOPS formulation can be diluted and archived in this buffer with full retention of alkaline phosphatase activity. As with the rest of the range, prepared working solutions remain stable through extended refrigerated storage, trimming daily preparation time and improving inter-run consistency. |
