| Product Name | AP Stabiliser for Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugates, MOPS Buffered, pH 6.3 |
| Catalog No. | RERE-0142 |
| Description | A ready-made dilution and stabilisation buffer for alkaline phosphatase-labelled conjugates, built on MOPS buffer at pH 6.3 plus 0.4 and supplemented with bovine serum albumin as a carrier protein. Diluted AP conjugates held in this stabiliser retain activity through extended refrigerated storage, so working solutions can be prepared once and drawn over days or weeks instead of being freshly made each run. The BSA component blocks surface adsorption and reduces background from conjugate loss on vessel walls. |
| Intended Use | Dilution and refrigerated storage of AP conjugate working solutions |
| Principle / Technology | MOPS-buffered proteinaceous medium preserves AP enzymatic activity and prevents conjugate adsorption during storage |
| Sample Type | AP-labelled antibodies, streptavidin-AP and other enzyme conjugates |
| Specificity | MOPS buffer, pH 6.3 plus or minus 0.4; contains BSA; five pack sizes up to 1 L |
| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | Dilute the AP conjugate into the stabiliser to the desired working concentration and store at 2-8°C until use |
| Storage Conditions | 2 to 8°C |
| Package Specifications | 50 mL; 125 mL; 250 mL; 500 mL; 1 L |
| Key Features | Extended working-solution lifetime; BSA carrier blocks adsorptive losses |
