| Description | A diluent and stabiliser for alkaline phosphatase enzyme conjugates, used to dilute AP labelled reagents into enzyme working solutions that remain stable in storage at 2 to 8°C. This format is based on MES buffer at pH 5.5 plus or minus 0.2 and contains bovine serum albumin; the stabiliser family also includes MOPS buffered pH 6.3 and Tris buffered pH 7.2 variants, in both BSA containing and protein-free formats, the latter avoiding cross-reactions between proteins. |
