| Performance Range / Specifications | Ligand-coupling efficiency can reach at least 90%. Coupling is completed in 1-2 hours at room temperature or 4 °C over pH 5-9. |
| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | Dissolve the amine-containing ligand in coupling buffer and mix with the NHS beads for 1-2 hours at room temperature; 4 °C coupling is also supported. Recommended coupling pH is 5-9. |
