| Description | Alta DiagnoTech magnetic silica particles are designed for nucleic-acid extraction and purification. Silanol-rich hydroxyl, carboxyl or amino surfaces bind nucleic acids under high-salt, low-pH conditions through hydrophobic, hydrogen-bonding and electrostatic interactions while limiting protein binding. |
