Binding performance and purity remained stable across five reuse cycles in the displayed evaluation.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol The displayed elution comparison uses 0.2, 0.5, 1 and 10 mM glutathione buffers. A complete purification can be completed within approximately 1 hour.
