Product Name Survivin ELISA Detection Kit
Catalog No. TMTR-HMM-0073
Description A quantitative sandwich ELISA for measuring survivin protein in cell and tissue lysates. Survivin is an inhibitor of apoptosis protein overexpressed in most human cancers and is being investigated as a prognostic marker and therapeutic target.
Intended Use Quantitative survivin measurement in cell and tissue lysates for cancer research applications investigating survivin as a biomarker for tumor aggressiveness and therapeutic response.
Principle / Technology Sandwich ELISA with monoclonal antibodies specific for human survivin, detecting both wild-type and splice variant forms.
Detection Method Colorimetric at 450 nm
Sample Type Cell lysates, tissue homogenates; not validated for serum or plasma due to low circulating survivin concentrations
Performance Range / Specifications 31.2–2000 pg/mL
Sensitivity / LOD ≤15 pg/mL
Specificity Specific for human survivin; no cross-reactivity with other IAP family members (XIAP, cIAP1, cIAP2, NAIP)
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Two-hour sample incubation at room temperature, followed by detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, and TMB development
Components / Formulation Anti-survivin coated microplate, recombinant survivin standard, detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop solution, wash buffer, lysis buffer
Storage Conditions 2–8°C; reconstituted standard at -20°C
Shelf Life 12 months
Package Specifications 96 tests
Product Form Pre-coated plate with liquid reagents
Quality Control Intra-assay CV below 6%; inter-assay CV below 8%
Key Features Detection of the anti-apoptotic protein survivin for cancer biology research; lysis buffer included for direct sample preparation; quantitative format suitable for drug response studies
