| Product Name | Cancer Antigen 125 (CA12-5) Assay Reagent, Magnetic Particle Based Chemiluminescent Immunoassay |
| Catalog No. | TMTR-HMM-0025 |
| Description | Tumor-associated antigen CA125 is a glycoprotein tumor marker with a molecular weight of 200-1000kDa, which is associated with tumors such as epithelial ovarian cancer. It is expressed on the cell membrane of cancerous ovarian epithelial cells and can be released into the intercellular matrix and patient serum. It is an antigen associated with epithelial ovarian cancer and serves as an indicator for the diagnosis, staging, prognosis assessment and therapeutic effect monitoring of epithelial ovarian cancer. The level of CA125 in patients with other malignant tumors may also increase significantly, while in non-malignant tumor diseases such as female pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, endometritis, uterine fibroids, cervicitis, pregnancy, chronic hepatitis, acute and chronic pancreatitis, renal failure and autoimmune diseases, the level of CA125 may show a mild increase. This kit is used for the auxiliary diagnosis, therapeutic effect evaluation and dynamic monitoring of disease progression in patients with serous ovarian cancer. |
