| Product Name | Mouse Th17 Flow Cytometry Staining Kit |
| Catalog No. | FCAK-YJL-0005 |
| Description | This product provides a three-color fluorescent-labeled antibody mixture that can specifically bind to mouse CD3, CD4, and IL-17A (to detect Th17) and can detect Th17 cells by multi-color flow cytometry. |
| Advantages | This product has good compatibility and can be used to detect cell surface antigens and intracellular antigens simultaneously in one step. Compared with the two-step method, it has fewer steps and shorter detection time. |
| Application | It can be used to analyze mouse splenocytes and anticoagulants or to monitor T helper cell differentiation by samples of mouse cells cultured in various experimental model systems |
| Storage | The product can be stored at 2~8°C/-20°C away from light for 12 months. |
| Background | Th cells, also known as helper T cells, have a very weak ability to differentiate into Th1, Th2 and Th17 in a resting state. There are only very small amounts of Th1, Th2 and Th17 cells in the peripheral blood. When Th cells are stimulated by external factors, Th0 will differentiate into Th1, Th2 or Th17. The specific differentiation trend depends on the type of cytokines in the microenvironment. At this time, the proportion of Th1, Th2 or Th17 cells in activated T lymphocytes can be known by detecting the expression of IFN-γ, IL-4 or IL-17A in the sample. |
| Sample Type | Mouse spleen cells; fresh mouse anticoagulated blood (heparin sodium anticoagulated blood) |
| Shelf Life | 12 months |
| Shipping | Ice bag |
| Intended Use | For research use only. |
