| Product Introduction | This ELISA kit employs the Sandwich-ELISA method. The provided microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to Mouse ACV-A. Standards or samples are added to the wells, allowing Mouse ACV-A to bind to the immobilized antibody. Next, a biotinylated detection antibody specific to Mouse ACV-A is introduced, followed by an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. After incubation and washing to remove unbound components, a substrate solution is added. In the presence of Mouse ACV-A, the complex formed with the biotinylated antibody and HRP conjugate catalyzes a colorimetric reaction, producing a blue color. The reaction is stopped with an acid solution, changing the color to yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm, and the OD value is directly proportional to the concentration of Mouse ACV-A in the sample. Quantification is achieved by comparing sample OD values to a standard curve. |
