Description A quantitative sandwich ELISA for measuring midkine in human serum. Midkine is a heparin-binding growth factor overexpressed in numerous cancers and is being evaluated as a broad-spectrum tumor biomarker.
Intended Use Quantitative midkine measurement in serum for cancer biomarker research across multiple human cancer types including esophageal, gastric, colorectal, hepatocellular, and lung cancers.
