| Product Name | Liver Fibrosis Marker 4-Item Assay Reagent, Fluorescence Flow Cytometry |
| Catalog No. | TMTR-HMM-0045 |
| Description | Hepatic fibrosis is a pathological change characterized by excessive proliferation and abnormal deposition of extracellular matrix (ECM) components in liver tissue, leading to abnormal liver structure or (and) function. It is mainly caused by chronic liver diseases such as viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease or autoimmune diseases. Liver fibrosis can be reversed under certain conditions. Early detection and blocking of liver fibrosis are of great significance for the treatment of chronic liver diseases. The four serological markers of liver fibrosis (PIIINP, LN, CIV, HA), also known as the four liver fibrosis markers, can effectively determine the degree of liver inflammation and fibrosis, reduce unnecessary liver biopsy, and assist in the diagnosis, staging, prognosis assessment, and treatment monitoring of the disease. |
| Application | This product is used for the in vitro quantitative detection of the concentrations of mucin in human serum, N-terminal peptide of type III procollagen, type IV collagen and hyaluronic acid, to assist in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis. |
