Product Name Human Mast Cell Chymase ELISA Kit
Catalog No. DDCD-QCY-0054
Description This kit is a sandwich ELISA assay designed for the quantitative detection of CMA1 levels in serum, tissue culture supernatant, and tissue homogenate samples. CMA1, also known as chymotrypsin/CMA1 protein, is a protease secreted by mast cells that participates in vasoactive peptide generation, extracellular matrix degradation, and glandular secretion regulation.
Application This kit is suitable for research applications including the investigation of mast cell activation mechanisms, the establishment of inflammation-related disease models, and the evaluation of drug intervention efficacy. It provides reliable data support for immunology, pathology, and pharmacology research.
