| Description | CA242 is a sialacidified carbohydrate antigen that can be recognized by the CA242 monoclonal antibody. It is a mucoprotein-type glycoprotein. Its content in the serum of healthy people and patients with benign diseases is very low. When malignant tumors occur in the digestive tract, serum CA242 usually increases. If 17U/mL is taken as the positive value, the positive detection rates for pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer and rectal cancer are 86.2% and 62% respectively, and the false positive rate for normal people is 4%. This reagent is mainly used for the diagnosis and detection of pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer and colorectal cancer. It also has a certain positive detection rate for lung cancer, breast cancer and other diseases. |
