It is the third-generation tumor marker for colon cancer and pancreatic cancer. Elevated CA242 in serum can also be seen in lung cancer, breast cancer and some gynecological tumors, as well as benign diseases such as hepatitis, pneumonia and benign prostatic hyperplasia. |
