| Product Name | Recombinant Human NGAL Neutrophil Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin Protein >90% Purity 10 mg |
| Catalog No. | AAKIM-HMM-0022 |
| Description | This recombinant human neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) is expressed in microbial systems (E. coli or yeast) and supplied as a purified preparation. NGAL is a small secreted protein that is rapidly released into urine and plasma following kidney tubular damage, making it one of the earliest biomarkers for acute kidney injury. The protein has an apparent molecular weight of approximately 22 kDa as determined by SDS-PAGE, with a purity exceeding 90%. It is formulated in PBS and supplied in 10 mg aliquots. This product is suitable for antibody preparation, calibrator and quality control material formulation, and acute kidney injury diagnostic research. |
| Intended Use | For research use only in acute kidney injury diagnostic research, antibody preparation, and calibrator formulation. Not for use in human experiments. |
| Principle / Technology | Recombinant protein expression in microbial systems with purification and quality verification by SDS-PAGE analysis. |
| Sample Type | Purified protein solution |
| Storage Conditions | Liquid: store at 4°C for approximately one year or at -20°C to -80°C for extended storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
