| Description | This recombinant human GP73 (GOLM1, Golgi membrane protein 1) protein is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells and comprises the extracellular domain encoded by the human GP73 sequence (NM_016548.3). GP73 is a Golgi membrane protein that has emerged as a valuable serum biomarker for hepatocellular carcinoma and liver injury. The protein exhibits an apparent molecular weight of 66-70 kDa as determined by SDS-PAGE, with a purity of at least 95%. It is formulated in PBS at pH 7.4 and supplied in 1 mg aliquots. This product is suitable for antibody preparation, calibrator and quality control material formulation, and liver disease diagnostic research.
