| Product Name | Human Cyclin Dependent Kinase 1 (CDK1) ELISA Kit |
| Catalog No. | CK-YJL-6311 |
| Description | Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 1 (CDK1), also known as Mitotic Cyclin 2 Homolog, is a highly conserved protein that functions as a serine/threonine protein kinase and plays a pivotal role in cell cycle regulation. It forms complexes with its cyclin partners to phosphorylate various target substrates; the phosphorylation of these proteins drives progression through the cell cycle. |
| Kit Components | Pre-coated assay plate Standard Universal diluent Biotin-antibody (100×) Streptavidin-HRP (100×) Wash buffer (20×) TMB substrate Stop solution Plate sealer Instruction manual |
| Sample Type | Tissue homogenate, cell lysate, and other biological fluids |
| Sensitivity | 0.076 ng/mL |
| Detection Range | 0.156-10 ng/mL |
| Assay Method | Sandwich ELISA |
| Test Procedure | Remove the required strips from the foil pouch after equilibrating at room temperature for 10 minutes. Seal the remaining strips in the resealable pouch and return to 4°C. Add 100 μL of sample or standard at different concentrations to each corresponding well. Add 100 μL of universal diluent to the blank wells. Cover with a sealing membrane and incubate at 37°C for 60 minutes. Remove the microplate, discard the liquid without washing. Directly add 100μL of biotinylated detection antibody working solution to each well. Cover with a sealing membrane and incubate at 37°C for 60 minutes. Discard the liquid. Add 300μL of 1x wash buffer to each well. Incubate for 1 minute. Discard the wash buffer and blot dry on absorbent paper. Repeat this washing procedure 3 times. Add 100 μL of enzyme conjugate working solution to each well. Cover with a sealing membrane and incubate at 37°C for 30 minutes. Discard the liquid and wash the plate five times following the procedure in Step 4. Add 90 μL substrate (TMB) to each well. Cover with a sealing membrane and incubate at 37°C in the dark for 15 minutes. Remove the microplate. Add 50 μL stop solution directly to each well. Immediately measure the OD value of each well at 450 nm. |
| Storage and Transportation | Store at 2–8°C for 6 months. Ship refrigerated. |
| Precautions | Strictly adhere to the specified incubation time and temperature to ensure accurate results. All reagents must reach room temperature (20-25°C) before use. Refrigerate reagents immediately after use. Improper washing may lead to inaccurate results. Ensure wells are thoroughly aspirated before adding substrate. Avoid prolonged drying of wells throughout the procedure. Clean residual liquid and fingerprints from the bottom of the plate to prevent interference with OD readings. The substrate solution should appear colorless. Do not use substrate solution that has turned blue. Avoid cross-contamination between reagents and samples to prevent erroneous results. Avoid direct exposure to strong light during storage and incubation. No reaction reagent should come into contact with bleach solutions or the strong fumes emitted by bleach. Any bleach components will destroy the biological activity of the reagents in the kit. |
