| Detection Principle | In the experiment, control serum and samples to be examined are added to the enzyme plate, after incubation, if the samples contain avian leukemia antibody, it will bind to the antigen on the enzyme plate, and after washing to remove the unbound other components; then the enzyme marker is added, which will specifically bind to the antigen-antibody complex on the enzyme plate; and then the unbound enzyme marker is washed to remove the unbound enzyme marker; then the TMB substrate solution is added to the wells, which will form a blue color by reacting with the enzyme labeling conjugate. After adding TMB substrate into the wells, it reacts with the enzyme-labeled conjugate to form a blue product, and the color shade is positively correlated with the specific antibody content in the sample; after adding termination solution to terminate the reaction, the product becomes yellow; the absorbance value of the reaction wells is measured by enzyme labeling instrument at the wavelength of 450 nm, and it is then known whether the sample contains antibodies against avian leukemia or not. The antibody level is used to make a preliminary judgment as to whether the test subject is infected with avian leukemia virus. |
