| Product Name | RISH HRP Detection Kit |
| Catalog No. | IR-HMM-0086 |
| Description | RISH probes can specifically hybridize with homologous mRNA or DNA in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue. The RISH HRP Detection Kit provides reagents and materials for the preparation, pretreatment, hybridization, and detection of digoxigenin-labeled probes. |
| Applications | The HRP detection kit is used for pretreatment of formaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues and for detecting digoxigenin-labeled probes on FFPE tissues in in situ hybridization (ISH) experiments. Any clinical interpretation of staining results or lack of staining should be combined with morphological research and appropriate control experiments, and evaluated by a qualified pathologist in the context of the patient's clinical history and other diagnostic test results. |
| Detection Principle | CISH enables the visualization and identification of specific mRNA or DNA nucleic acid sequences within tissues. After pretreating FFPE tissues and applying probes, the presence of target nucleic acids can be visualized under a light microscope through a series of steps: applying a secondary antibody that binds to digoxigenin-labeled probes, followed by a tertiary antibody that binds to enzyme-labeled antibodies, and finally a color development reagent. |
