Product Name Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization Kit for RNA
Catalog No. IR-HMM-0087
Description The RNA Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization Kit is a highly sensitive detection kit. It utilizes the principle of base complementarity to hybridize fluorescently labeled oligonucleotide probes (DNA or RNA) with target RNA in cells or tissues. After hybridization, fluorescently labeled nucleic acid probe-target RNA hybridization complexes are formed, which can be observed and analyzed under a fluorescence microscope.
Applications This product is used to observe and determine the cellular localization of target RNA in cells or tissues.
