| Test Procedure | Remove the foil cap from the top of the extraction buffer tube. Open the swab packaging from the handle end, gently insert the swab into the nostril, and roll the swab along the nasal mucosa 5 times. Collect the sample for approximately 15 seconds. Insert the sampling swab into the sample buffer. Shake the tube for 30 seconds. While squeezing the tube, rotate the swab 5 times. Squeeze the tube to remove the swab. Replace the dropper cap. Add 2 drops of the processed sample to the sample well on the test card. Immediately start the timer. Read the results after 15 minutes at room temperature. |
